INTAKE

Before we can start with coaching you, we need to know your sport experience. This is why we ask you to do our web intake. After your intake we will contact you with some additional questions, this allows us to focus on your personal characteristics and details we need to build your first training plan.

TRIAL

After setting up your zones and first 14 days of your plan, you can start training right away. These 14 days are also your moneyback garante period and gives your the opportunity to find out if you like our style of coaching and if this suits your needs and schedule. If not, you are free to go.

FINE TUNING

After your trial period it is time to start fine tuning your training plan to reach your personal goal(s). We will do so together to keep it suitable with your schedule of work and social life. Building your confidence, fitness and skills. Always with short lines of communication to keep things in check.

RUNNING

Every running event, no matter if you have entered a 5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon or even an ultra, starts with a training plan. This can be your initial steps towards your first 5K or build on your already existing base to complete your ultra. We are here to help you build your confidence, fitness and  endurance.

Triathlon

They might call you crazy, but in fact they must jealous of you racing triathlons. Small local ones like a sprint or olympic distance or the big half ironman or full ironman. We cheer for your with a well balanced triathlon training plan to enable you to have a busy daily schedule combine with swim, bike and run workouts that suit your needs.
